Waffles

1 3/4 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten egg yolks (separate eggs and save whites in separate bowl)
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 1/2 cups milk

Beat egg whites to stiff peaks & set aside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients. Fold in egg whites carefully. Don't over stir whites in.
